I am a HR professional belonging to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development with over 20 years’ experience gained in both blue chip companies, such as Gap and Starbucks Coffee company, and across the voluntary sector working with local childcare nurseries and disability charities for example.

During my career I have developed an excellent reputation for being a conscientious and diligent HR professional with a proven reputation for providing pragmatic, commercial and considered advice. I am passionate about HR and the benefits it can bring to businesses.

I am down to earth, using my strong interpersonal skills and humour to develop trusting relationships with my business partners to ensure matters are addressed efficiently and fairly.

I pride myself on providing HR advice and tools that empower and encourage line managers to feel comfortable in managing their teams with the day to day issues and inevitable problems that occur when managing people.
